Becky’s Grilled Chicken Bistro Salad
If you like “fresh-crunchy-delicious”, here’s your salad! Fresh tossed greens
with julienne carrots, zucchini, sunflower seeds, diced tomato, sliced mushrooms,
and thin-sliced red onion. Topped with Grilled Chicken Breast and
served with your choice of house-made dressing. 10.95
Fresh Spinach Salad
Recipe stolen from the late, great Arbor Café. Fresh spinach, candied pecans,
thin sliced red onion, mushrooms, dried cranberries, and Gorgonzola cheese.
Served with Brandy Brown Sugar Dressing. 9.95

The Amazing Maralago Turkey Burger
As seen on Oprah. “I believe it may be the best turkey burger in the entire world,” she says. We agree. Ground turkey mixed with chutney, apples, chipotle, lemon zest, celery and scallions on a ciabatta bun with more chutney, lettuce, onion, tomato and mayo. 11.25
Housemade Veggie Burger
We make our own Veggie Burgers! Chopped broccoli, julienne zucchini, quinoa, sunflower seeds, carrots, artichoke hearts, black beans, parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, Portobello mushrooms and spices, topped with melted provolone cheese. Served on a ciabatta bun with green leaf lettuce, red onion and tomato. Stone-ground mustard sauce on the side. 9.25
